The San Benito County Water District mission is to preserve the economic and environmental wealth and well-being of San Benito County through the control, management and conservation of water supplies in a practical, cost-effective and responsible manner. The Manager of Administration, Finance and Business Services plans, organizes, directs and coordinates the District ' s financial, information technology services, human resources, utility billing, customer service, procurement, contracts, and budget preparation activities. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded, motivational leader who can balance multiple priorities; a self-starter with strong organizational, administrative and analytical abilities; an excellent communicator who is skilled at building alliances; strategic, detail-oriented, open, and honest; adept at managing staff and consultants; devoted to ensuring that District's customers receive excellent customer service.
